Job Title: Bistro Attendant 
Job Desc:

The Bistro Attendant ensures an efficient flow of service accomplished through effective communication with guests and staff and through the delivery of highly personalized and enthusiastic service.


  • Provide pleasant and professional services to all guests.
  • Greet all guests, discuss offerings, and politely and efficiently serve all patrons.
  • Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment.
  • Assist in the set-up and closing of the Bistro area using the provided checklists.
  • Complete bussing and sidework responsibilities.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork such as opening and closing checklists and inventory par sheets.
  • Assist in the set-up and servicing of the meeting room(s).
  • Maintain high standards in food safety through adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas.
  • Properly maintain all work equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Respond to guest requests & inquiries with appropriate level of sensitivity and immediacy while upholding business goals.


  • Must be able to provide, receive, and comprehend verbal and written instructions and information.
  • Serving, bartending and cooking experience a plus
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to process information through computer systems & POS register systems.
  • Requires continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying and wiping.
  • Must be able to work independently or with others.
  • Proper social demeanor, attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for serving others is essential.
