Server
|
The Restaurant Server provides all guests with friendly and knowledgeable interaction and the timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage.
Duties include:
- Provide pleasant and professional services to all guests
- Greet all guests, present menus and discuss offerings, and politely and efficiently serve all patrons
- Properly record all sales transactions and secure accurate payment
- Memorize and be able to recite all current food and beverage and menu offerings
- Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff with the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to process information through computer system
- Requires continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying and wiping
- Must be able to handle or move items generally weighing 0-30 lbs.
- Desired are individuals who are friendly, reliable, enthusiastic, articulate, outgoing, obliging, and compassionate
