Front Office Manager
|
|
The Front Office Manager is a working manager and the team leader responsible for all Guest Service related functions.
Duties include:
- Supervise and support the front office staff in providing outstanding service experiences for all guests.
- Respond to guest requests & issues with appropriate level of sensitivity and immediacy while upholding business goals
- Maintain proper staffing levels through appropriate hiring and scheduling
- Develop and maintain the front office budget
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including: forecasting room occupancy rates, monitoring service trends, reconciling cash controls, completing inventory checks, processing department payroll and handling accounting and purchasing functions
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the front office, lobby, and surrounding areas
- Perform any assigned task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel front office operations
- Prior supervisory/management experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills are required
