• Provide pleasant and professional services to all guests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance by inspecting, making repairs and recording results of key property areas including guest rooms, public areas, grounds, pool and equipment
• Maintain pool in proper chemical level, water quality and condition, and equipment operation and condition
• Assist with outdoor seasonal work (lawn mowing, pool opening/closing, snow and ice removal)
• Perform any assigned task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform

Qualifications:   General knowledge, aptitude or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry trades or specialization in one particular trade is required. Must be familiar with and able to use hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed above.
