Dishwasher
|
The Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the sanitation of all cookware, china, glassware, silverware, and all utensils used in food production and service. The Dishwasher also maintains organization of department storage areas, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen facility.
Duties include:
- Provide pleasant and professional services to all hotel guests
- Sanitize and safely store all pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, and all utensils used in food production and service
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen through the disposal of garbage and the cleaning of coolers, counters, shelves, equipment, floors, and other designated cleaning projects
- Perform any assigned task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform
Qualifications:
- Must be friendly and reliable
- Must be able to lift and empty trash cans weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to move or handle items generally weighing 0-50 lbs. such as trays, stock pans, dish caddy, etc.
