Responsible for ensuring all food is consistently and properly prepared in a timely manner, and is of the finest quality.
Duties include:
- Provide pleasant and professional services to all guests
- Prepare and serve food for the restaurant & banquets
- Maintain high standards in food safety through adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Perform any assigned task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform.
Qualifications: High-level food preparation skills including outstanding knife skills and familiarity with contemporary line cooking techniques.
