• Provide pleasant and professional services to all guest
• Sort soiled linen and terry, load and unload washers and dryers, and neatly fold clean linen and terry and place in proper storage locations 
• Ensure proper chemical levels in washing machines
• Clean dryer lint traps and washer filters
• Assist in the delivery of cots, cribs, and other guest related supplies
• Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry room
• Maintain on-going communication and collaboration with staff with the aim of achieving high levels of cooperation and service excellence
• Perform any assigned task not outlined above that the associate has the ability to perform

Qualifications: 

• Requires frequent reaching, bending, kneeling, lifting and pushing
• Must be able to move or handle items (such as bedspreads, linens, wastebaskets, etc) generally weighing 0-30 lbs.
